Laid-back, Intentional Photography

The Pinters
There’s nothing quite like the quiet magic of an in-home newborn photography session, and Michael and Saralis’s session with their beautiful two-week-old daughter, Elisa, was filled with that calm, peaceful energy that makes newborn photography so special. This lifestyle newborn session took place in the comfort of their home, creating a relaxed environment that allowed us to capture natural, meaningful moments during this fleeting stage of life.
When I arrived, their home was filled with soft natural light and thoughtfully styled spaces, making it the perfect setting for newborn photography that feels warm, personal, and authentic. We began in the nursery, gently arranging a few cozy corners to photograph baby Elisa in a way that felt intimate and true to her space. These early moments allowed us to move slowly and keep everything calm and comfortable for both baby and parents.
We then transitioned into the living room, where sunlight poured through the windows and created some of the most beautiful, light-filled images from the session. Elisa remained calm and content throughout, and Michael and Saralis were fully present, allowing the session to unfold naturally as I gently guided each setup. This approach is what makes lifestyle newborn photography so meaningful. There’s no rushing, no pressure, just space to slow down and soak in these first days together.
This session was about more than photos. It was about preserving a moment that passes far too quickly. From tiny details to quiet connection, this newborn session captured the beginning of a beautiful new chapter for this sweet family.
